  • Firewood for the outside firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • TVs in the home are Smart TVs.
  • High-speed internet is available.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Exterior security cameras are present: one overlooks the driveway, one overlooks the front porch, and one overlooks the side yard. No cameras are aimed at doors, windows, the hot tub, or the firepit. There are no interior security cameras.
  • The property is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
